Welcome to the John F. Kennedy Elementary website. We are one of two elementary schools in the West Oso Independent School District in Corpus Christi, Texas. Learning and fun go hand in hand in our prekindergarten through first-grade classrooms. At JFK we all work together to bring about the academic and personal success of every student in our care.

Welcome to the new school year. It is my pleasure to work with our dedicated staff and community partners to provide a successful year full of learning and growth opportunities for our students.

At John F. Kennedy Elementary, our vision is to provide students an educational experience that will inspire them to become lifelong learners and caring contributors to society. We strive to provide a nurturing environment that meets the individual needs of each student, both academically and socially.

Together, we all play a part in helping our students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. We are excited for the opportunity to work with you and your child to provide a safe and productive learning environment. Research shows that when parents are actively in school, their children are absent less often, behave better, and therefore, achieve more at school.
